Terms of Service

I. By utilizing our services in any Discord server, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, then you shall be prohibited from using our services.

II. At any time and without notice, we have the right to whitelist any user from using our services — temporarily or permanently — for, but not limited to, the following reasons:

(a) Using Ref-bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

(b) Using Ref-bot maliciously and abusing its functionality.

(c) Taking advantage of any potential bugs or exploits of Ref-bot and not reporting them.

(d) Harassing or threatening any members of the Ref-bot staff.

III. Any supported leagues, commands, or other functionalities may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

(a) Most changes are announced in the #announcements channel of the Ref-bot Discord server.

(b) Changes that are determined to be minor and have little user impact by the developer may not be announced.

IV. You may unlock additional functionality if you pay us using Patreon.

(a) If you decide to purchase a subscription, you will be charged an initial fee of the monthly price on the day of the purchase.

(b) Your payment to us will automatically renew at the first day of every month unless you cancel your subscription.

(c) If you buy a subscription within the last seven days of any month, you will be eligible for a refund of your initial fee, as described in (a).

(d) The Ref-bot team shall not be held reliable for any errors that may occur during the payment process.

(e) If you cancel your subscription (which you may do at any time), or we do not receive your payment for any reason, your benefits will be removed on the first day of the next month unless otherwise stated by the developer.

(f) We may change the subscription price from time to time, and if this happens, we will make sure to communicate any changes to you in advance. As always, you may cancel your subscription if you do not want to be charged.

V. We assume no liability for any inaccuracies or delays of sports data.

(a) While we strive to ensure headlines, live scores, and other information are correct, we cannot fully guarantee that every piece of information is accurate, complete, or current.

(b) Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

VI. Our content, including the Ref-bot logo and visual design, are our own exclusive property and we reserve all rights.

VII. Ref-bot comes with absolutely no warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent of the law. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.

VIII. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users in our Discord server if we make important updates; with that said, regardless if you are notified or not, you will still be bound to the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (see I.).
